In the rare event that the bartender or server scheduled for your event experiences an emergency (such as illness, car accident, etc.) and is unable to attend, By the Hour Bartending ensures a back-up staff member is available in every region to fulfill the commitment to your event.

If, for any reason, our back-up staff is unavailable, we guarantee a full refund of your payment (including both deposit and balance) by the next business day. We are committed to providing reliable bartending services and ensuring your event runs smoothly, no matter the circumstances

Event Cancellation Policy

If your event is cancelled or postponed, please note that deposits and payments made to By the Hour Bartending are non-refundable. However, we offer the flexibility of transferring your payments as store credit.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, we will honor any deposit or payments made as a store credit, which will remain on file for one (1) calendar year. This credit can be used towards a rescheduled event or any future booking with By the Hour Bartending.

Important Note: Cancellations made within fifteen (15) days of your event date will incur a $50 cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your store credit balance.
